Sunria is a modern and completely new apartment of 170 m², consisting of 3 fully equipped bedrooms offering quality and refinement to its guests. The Sunria apartment's location offers a stunning and full of charm view over the "Ria Formosa" natural park and the marina, to contemplate without moderation.

Descriptive Summary:

The Sunria apartment is located in the "Marina Village" in Olhão and can accommodate 6 people. It consists of 3 spacious and bright bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second with twin beds and a shared bathroom and the third one - the suite - with a double bed and a private bathroom. There is also an additional private toilet.

The fully functional and equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals with family or friends. The dining room and the spacious living room overlooks a large terrace where you can admire the sunset.

The Sunria apartment has a wonderful rooftop pool with incredible panoramic views, where you can enjoy the sun in a peaceful atmosphere.

Common information about the Marina Village:

The Marina Village is near the center of Olhão, a few minutes away from the harbor in the old fisherman's quarter. Therefore, the apartment's location allows you to be close to everything. The pier is just a 15 minute walk away, allowing you to reach the islands - Armona, Culatra and Farol - by boat along the beautiful Ria Formosa canals.

Several restaurants with typical portuguese and international cuisine, bars, shops and supermarkets are nearby. And, only in a 5 minute walk, you will discover one of the most popular in the Algarve - the Municipal Market of Olhão.

The Fuseta beach is 10 minutes away from the apartment. The Barril beach, near Tavira, is located 20 minutes away and after, a tourist train takes you to the beach on an exciting trip.

The apartment is located 16 minutes away from the Faro International Airport, 5 minutes from the Olhão Railway Station and 40 minutes from the border with Spain.
